Ephemeral: 2 oz. Old Tom Gin, 1 oz. dry vermouth, 1 barspoon St. Germain liqueur, 1 dash celery bitters.

Water Lily: 0.75 oz. Plymouth Gin, 0.75 oz. Crème de Violette, 0.75 oz. Cointreau, 0.75 oz. lemon juice.

Vieux Mot: 1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin, 0.75 oz. lemon juice, 0.5 oz. St. Germain Liqueur, 0.5 oz simple syrup.

Clover Club: 2 oz. Plymouth Gin, 0.75 oz. lemon juice, 0.5 oz. simple syrup, 1 barspoon raspberry preserves, 1 egg white.

Leapfrog: 2 oz. Plymouth Gin, 0.75 oz. lemon juice, 0.5 oz. apricot liqueur, 0.25 oz. simple syrup, 2 dashes orange bitters, 6 mint leaves. 

Aviation: 2 oz. Gin, 0.75 oz. lemon juice, 0.5 oz. Maraschino, 0.25 oz. Crème de Violette.

Pegu Club: 2 oz. Gin, 1 oz. Cointreau, 0.75 oz. lime juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters, 1 dash orange bitters.

Blood Orange: 1.5 oz. Gin, 0.75 oz. Campari, 0.75 oz. dry vermouth, 1.5 oz. orange juice.
